Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed under the following circumstances

  • Packets that are not sealed or torn at the time of delivery
  • Incorrect delivery of the order

Conditions for Exchange

  • Clear video or picture of damaged package
  • Clear picture of purchase bill 
  • Refund will be initiated within 10 days of approval of the required proof
  • Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange
  • Once used, the items are not eligible for exchange or return
