Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only allowed under the following circumstances
- Packets that are not sealed or torn at the time of delivery
- Incorrect delivery of the order
Conditions for Exchange
- Clear video or picture of damaged package
- Clear picture of purchase bill
- Refund will be initiated within 10 days of approval of the required proof
- Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange
- Once used, the items are not eligible for exchange or return
